Mr. Corinella has a broad background in public markets and corporate financing. His focus is on early-stage venture companies with potential for large growth, scalability and value creation. He is on several private company boards as well as currently serving as a Director of Rain City Resources Inc., a CSE listed exploration company. Mr. Corinella was the Head of Technology for Squire Mining Ltd., listed on the CSE, and as part of the executive team, he participated in raising $28M CAD in financing and developed strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Corinella is the inventor and Co-founder of Dahrwin LLC, founded in 2012, a wireless technology company based out of New York and raised venture funding, spearheaded software & hardware development and received five issued patents. His endeavors have positioned him as a lead in multiple R&D and Engineering departments working on various US military and government-based technologies.

Alan Tam is a senior executive involved with structuring, planning and execution of IPOs, RTOs and CPCs. Mr. Tam, with over 20 years of experience, has been involved in financing, operations, corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations for multiple public companies in the past 8 years. Mr. Tam is a CPA/CA and has worked with biotechnology, technology, start-up alternative energy and other corporations dealing with tax, regulatory, investment management, international cash and tax management, compliance and accounting matters.

Leif Smither has had a successful three-decade career in the mineral exploration industry as an investor, officer, and director of multiple publicly listed companies. He brings both strong technical and management skills to the company and his experience includes a 4-year stint as the Head of Corporate Development for Starfield Resources Inc., a TSX-V Tier 1 issuer and now TSX issuer where he was involved in financing one of the worlds largest undeveloped nickel copper deposits.
Rod Husband - Director
Economic geologist with over 30 years experience in the resource sector. Experienced public company director and officer with expertise in management and corporate development, including the evaluation, financing, development of numerous resource projects including the development of a 3M oz gold mine. Founding partner of Cipher Research and President of Zola Minerals Inc. where he has spent the last seven years conducting research and analysis on hundreds of companies and projects and helping develop detailed valuation models used to assess prospective investment.
Monty Sutton - Director
While working towards a CGA designation in the early 1990, Mr. Sutton was a Senior Management Accountant with MacMillan Bloedel preparing budgets, analyzing costs, and assisting in the design and implementation of new accounting systems. Mr. Sutton has also worked in accounting for private companies in various consulting and advisory roles.
Monty Sutton's first experience in the investment industry was a brief stint on the Vancouver Stock Exchange trading floor in 1987. Mr. Sutton has worked for most of his career as an investment advisor, trader, and insurance specialist with PI Financial Corp. in Vancouver. During that time, he participated in raising over $100 million for junior mining companies and managed over 1,500 client accounts. On the public market side of the exploration business, while Mr. Sutton was the Corporate Development Manager with eCobalt Solutions they raised over $30 million for the development of their Idaho Cobalt Project.
